My name is Kemp W. LaMunyon Sr. I am looking to acquire several items. If your company handles/has scrap copper wire, lead, and / or brass. I am experimenting on recovery of copper from brass and wire to see if I can pour Ingots. Shouldn't be that tough once the equipment is built and purchased.
What I am looking for at the first trial is about 20 lbs each of copper wire, aluminum (gears, heads, ), lead (wheel weights, batteries?).
I've always wanted to get involved with the recycling and recovery of metals like these. Now that I have retired, it's time to really have some fun.
If you have tried this or have ideas, I would really like to visit and pick your brain.
