Home time is based on each individual driver. Cool Mountain Transport dispatchers do their best to provide the best home time possible.

*Base pay package currently $0.62 cents per mile, loaded and empty paid.
*Running Pacific Northwest region.
*Detention, layover, breakdown, and extra stop pay
*One week vacation pay (after first year of service)
*401K with company matching
*Company pays 60% of employee’s – medical (employee’s medical ONLY) dental, and vision after first 30 days of hire
*Latest Technology Includes Peterbilts and Freightliners with Heated/cooled seats (ELITE SEATS), APU (with Arctic package!), Refrigerator, Extra windows for comfort.

Driver Requirements:
*At least 21 years old
*Must possess valid Class A CDL
*At least 6 months of recent professional driving experience
*At least 3 years of verifiable employment, self-employment, or unemployment
*Able to meet all DOT drug screens, road tests, and legal qualifications
*No DWI in the last 5 years
*No reckless or careless driving citations in the last 3 years
*No more than 6 points on current driver’s license
*No major preventable accidents within the last 12 months or 2 in the last 3 years
