We are looking for someone who can manage commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout and work with clients, subcontractors, and our internal team to deliver successful projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
Budgeting and scheduling
Subcontractor coordination
Owner and architect communication
RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Work with Superintendent to deliver successful projects
Qualifications:
5+ years commercial construction project management experience
Strong knowledge of commercial construction
Ability to manage multiple projects
Good communication and organization skills
Experience with AutoDesk or similar software is a plus
Pay & Benefits:
$100,000 – $150,000 depending on experience
Health insurance (50% paid by employer)
