TC Polished Windows is hiring a reliable, hardworking entry-level window cleaner for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning a valuable trade.
No prior experience is required—we will train the right person.
Position Details:
Hours: 15–20 hours per week
Pay: $19.86 per hour
Schedule: Flexible, primarily daytime hours
Location: Tri-Cities, WA (local travel between job sites)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Cleaning residential windows (interior and exterior)
Using professional tools (squeegees, water-fed poles, ladders)
Working safely at heights when needed
Interacting with customers in a professional manner
Supporting general job site tasks that could require ladder use
Follow the pre-job execution plan as directed by lead technicians on site.
This is primarily a supporting role when we upsell additional services like interior window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more.
If you are serious about this role and have the flexibility in your schedule to work between 2-4+ shifts of between 4-5 hours per day this could be for you but you must be committed to learning a new skillset. This skillset would include safely adjusting an a-frame ladder, window pre-wash, squeegee mastery and window detailing then this could be for you
