Working Foreman needed for exterior remodel project. Job requires strong background in remodels, emphasis on: exterior siding, windows, and general construction. The position is to be an onsite working foreman. Must be detail oriented, must have in-field experience running a crew. Must be proficient interpreting building plans, personable with clients, and able to jump from the truck to working in the field. Must be able to schedule crews daily, reporting progress with pictures to the contractor. Should have OSHA 30 or be willing to take online course to get it. Should also have background in safety practices. Job to begin end of June/beginning of July. Please send a resume.
