I. Job Summary

Supervises daily landfill operions and landfill staff.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervises landfill staff and reviews and evalues work to ensure quality, timeliness and ensures quality control in adherence to policies and procedures.
• Coordines workflow and assignments toward the achievement of operional goals.
• Supervises and monitors daily landfill operions, and reviews and controls implemention of safety regulions and company policies and procedures.
• Coordines repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Collects weekly and/or monthly readings. Crees and submits records and reports.
• Oversees personnel needs of the landfill including coaching, training, and evaluing employee performance. Provides input into terminion, compension, and promotion decisions.

III. Qualificions

A. Required Qualificions

• High School Diploma or G.E.D (accredited).
• 1 year to three (3) years of previous relevant experience (in addition to educion requirement).

Pay: The expected base pay range for this on-site position is $68,420 - $85,580. This range represents a good faith estime for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candide may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candide’s relevant experience, educion, training, certificions, qualificions, and work locion.
