Will provide support for the EQuIS platform, including assisting with two annual version upgrades through beta testing, impact analysis, and issue documentation; performing troubleshooting and problem resolution as directed; and completing forms, reports, schema, and workflow enhancements based on identified work items, each requiring a Level of Effort estimate and approval before work begins, with all work tracked in Azure DevOps. Responsibilities also include collaborating with government sites to share best practices, supporting Production deployments as needed, validating post‑deployment functionality, and developing or updating user guides, training materials, and demonstration content. All work must meet Quality Level F / Q‑Level 3 requirements, while maintaining internal quality control processes subject to DOE inspection at any time. Must demonstrate at least 10 years of organizational EQuIS experience, including Collect (JSON/SQL), RDL reporting, macro‑enabled Excel templates, and government‑facility operations.
