My current roommate is moving out at the end of the month when our current lease is up. she is moving to another city to be close to her job. I’ve already signed the new lease and will be paying the whole thing myself unless I find a new roommate. The apartment is the on the boulevard apartments in Kennewick. It’s a two bedroom two bath. I’m offering up the master bedroom with attached bathroom and larger closet space. The costs will be half the rent, half the electric, and half the internet. All other costs are paid for. You must pass and be approved by the apartment as well.
I don’t Have pictures of the space on here because the roommate is still living there. I can do interviews most days where I can show you the space.
Pets are allowed, but there is a pet deposit you will have to pay. It’s not already paid for because I do not have pets myself.
