Spacious 4-season trailer for sale, sleeps 4, with lots of storage. A/C, heat, stereo system and awning. Never lived in. All systems work as they should.

Would be ideal for housing, extra guest house or MIL.

Two slides (living/dining room combo and master suite). Master suite has queen size bed with storage underneath, double closet and six large dresser drawers. Full size sleeper couch in living room, tons of storage throughout.

Electric front jacks, manual rear scissor jacks. Easy setup. 50 gal fresh water with quick drain. 60 gal grey water, 40 gal black water. Two split 30 lb propane tanks (uses one and flips over to other if needed). Worked well in WA state parks.

Always stored under cover.
New tires and wheel bearings serviced in 2024.
New deep cycle batteries installed 2026
Always winterized.
Towed with 3/4 ton Duramax truck.
RV weighs approx 9000 lbs.
Clean title in hand.

Will consider delivery within 50 miles.
