Room for rent in a quiet neighborhood. 10 Minutes away from PNNL and WSU. 30 minutes away from Hanford. 15 minutes from kadlec. Ideal location for summer interns and working professionals.

Rent is $950 which includes utilities. The room is currently furnished but I can remove the furniture if you prefer to bring your own furniture.

The other roommates are a both scientists at PNNL. Prefer a working professional that is courteous and would maintain a clean environment.
