Large 5 bedroom home. I rent out the room individually, to single professionals. There is one bedroom opening May 9th. The bedroom is a standard bedroom and share a bath with one other room. The bedroom is on the first floor. The room is unfurnished.

$850/month and that includes all utilities and high speed Wi-Fi. Deposit is also $850, and fully refundable when you move out. We can do a 6 month minimum and then go month to month.

House is a nice modern home with a updated kitchen. Garage is kept car free for house storage or use. The room comes with 1 private parking spot in the wide driveway.

Everyone in the house is respectful and responsible, most people work at PNNL or Hanford, house is quiet and every goes about there work in a private manner.

No smoking and no pets at the house.

If you are interested please email me with your phone number and we will discuss the fit. There is an application and a background check required, $50 fee. First we will talk, then set up a viewing, then application, and finally pay deposit and set a move in date.
