Large 5 bedroom home. I rent out the rooms individually, to single professionals. There are two bedrooms available, one bedroom open now and one opening June 20th. The bedrooms are standard bedroom, but one is a bit larger and they share a bath with each other. The bedrooms are on the first floor. The rooms are unfurnished.

$840/month and $850/month and that includes all utilities and high speed Wi-Fi. Deposit is also $840 or $850, and fully refundable when you move out. We can do a 6 month minimum and then go month to month.

House is a nice modern home with a updated kitchen. Garage is kept car free for house storage or use. The room comes with 1 private parking spot in the wide driveway.

Everyone in the house is respectful and responsible, most people work at PNNL or Hanford, house is quiet and every goes about there work in a private manner.

No smoking and no pets at the house.

If you are interested please email me with your phone number and we will discuss the fit. There is an application and a background check required, $50 fee. First we will talk, then set up a viewing, then application, and finally pay deposit and set a move in date.
