My name is Julie, I am a 42 years old, I am a Nurse, and am looking to rent out two of my rooms. One of my rooms has a dog (small dog), and its my Sister renting it. I do have dogs as well, but I am living in another house and renting out this house as a shared space.
*no pets allowed
*if more than one person is renting, we can negotiate rent but would prefer just to one person.
I have decided to rent my master bedroom with a bathroom attached.
The room is furnished with a king size bed, TV, 3 large closets, a Chester drawer, two bedside tables, freshly painted, hardwood floors to name a few things.
There is also security cameras, only in the hall and around the outside of the home.
The Suite has an attached bathroom.
The room is fully furnished, and all utilities are included: Electricity, Water/Garbage/Sewer/Internet.
The living room/kitchen are shared between you and possibly 2 other people depending on if my other room is occupied or not.
This room will be posted until I take it offline.
Also consider a second room I have, with a shared bathroom (900$ monthly). Feel free to text me or call me. Please a message if i don't answer, as I am a Nurse and may not be able to answer the phone.
