Mutual respect & common courtesy is a 2 way street & go a long way... Pickup After Yourself Always. Shared Kitchen Space, Food Prepared Separately, or We All Pitch In On Dinner's, Etc. The Room Does Have A Private Keyed Lock On The Brm. Door, Shared Front Door Key. We Do Have A Mini-Fridge But Is Otherwise Currently Unfurnished. Can Provide A Bed, Possibly A TV, Or Other Accommodation In Concern if Needed. We Have Full Wi-Fi Service Here & All Utilities Paid, So No Separate Fee's Other Than Your Own Bath Soap, Shampoo, Toothpaste, Etc. My Sister Has The Master Brm. With Her Own Bathroom, But You & I Will Share The Other. Daily Cleaning Is Done... Shared Washer & Dryer, Fenced Back Yard. We Have One Cat, Don't Mind Another If You Have One, No Dogs. Smoking, Or No Smoking, Either Way Is Fine. There Is Space For Driveway Parking. No Couples, Tho An OCCASIONAL Overnight Guest Is Fine, Just Be Reasonable As We Will Be As Well...
