I own a property in Heppner, Oregon. I have a relative who lives at the property. I live in Seattle.
You live in or are near Heppner no less than weekly already. Ideally, you are NOT the worker for the project, but the sourcer of the labor. Thus can oversee it.
Needs a new fence built, followed by a new detached garage. A carport covering already identified vs. a new wooden building. I am seeking a mature, follow-through, communicative individual who will do as needed and communicate. Even over-communicate to me on an ongoing basis. I can arrange for temporary shelter if helpful while finding the required project labor. I'm looking to have this completed by late spring early summer.
You win me over with communication. Doing, not saying what you will do. Establish a relationship with a relative, etc., which I can facilitate.
Supply references. No first timers please. The key here is responsibility, follow-through, and above all ...communication, communication, communication.
Then I need a non-less than monthly visit to the property. I will get a confirmation of that from my relative.
