I have a practically brand new 2011 open range fifth wheel trailer with three slide outs, two air-conditioning units, a king bed, a fold out couch and a residential refrigerator. There is a propane stove and above range microwave. I bought it because my son will eventually be using it to go to the University of Idaho, but it is sitting empty right now and with us many Amazon buildings that are being built in the area there may be a need for someone looking for a part-time residency during the week and traveling home on the weekends. It would be a month to month rental. I live on site and if laundry services were needed or cleaning that could be arranged. Meals can also be provided if it’s something that worked out better for you and for us. There is a washer and dryer in the fifth wheel, but I understand time limitations whenever you’re working out of town the applicant will need to pass a background and credit check. I prefer no pets in the trailer, I have personal dogs, but you probably would not want to have a dog if you’re working all day anyway my dog sleep in the house at night so there is no barking and it is very peaceful living. The trailer is in my driveway, you would have privacy and access to a patio if you’d like to barbecue. There is a septic system hook up.
