iPhone 12 Pro Max, 128GB. The back glass is cracked, but the phone works perfectly. Screen is clean, Face ID works, cameras work, speakers work, and it charges normally. I’m backing up the photos now and will factory‑reset it before pickup so it’s on the Hello screen.
