We are looking for a reliable contractor that can start ASAP to complete a light cleaning and property setup for an upcoming unit turnover in Pasco, WA. This role includes cleaning, inspection support, basic tech setup, and property readiness tasks.
Scope of Work:
1. Light Cleaning
- Perform a light clean of the entire unit, ensuring it is presentable and guest-ready.
2. Property Inspection Support
- Complete the Arrival Inspection Checklist
- Do a walkthrough video and upload to Google drive
3. TV Setup
- Download and install the Tubi app on all televisions in the unit.
4. Lock Box Installation
- Install provided lock box with zip ties on the doorknob.
- Ensure the lock box is securely attached using zip ties (lever/handle setup).
- Leave remaining access items on the kitchen counter.
5. Access Item Verification
- Test and confirm all access items provided for the property
NOTE: If you do not complete all of the objectives on this contracted task you will not receive payment. Payment is only upon completion.
