About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled deck builder/carpenter who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in clean, solid work. This isn’t entry-level. You should be comfortable on a job site, able to move with purpose, and deliver a finished product that actually looks professional.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Building residential decks from start to finish
Framing, setting posts, installing decking, railing, and stairs
Reading plans and laying out builds accurately
Using power tools safely and efficiently
Working with a crew to keep jobs moving on schedule
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in deck building or finish carpentry
Strong understanding of framing and structural basics
Ability to read plans without needing your hand held
Shows up on time, works hard, and doesn’t cut corners
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with PVC decking
Ability to lead a small crew or run a job
Eye for detail—clean lines, tight spacing, solid finishes
