We are expanding and looking for experienced owner-operators who want consistent job flow without handling marketing, scheduling, or sales.
If you already own your equipment, carry insurance, and operate professionally — this may be a fit.
This is not an employee position. This is an independent contractor opportunity.
What You Must Already Have
This is non-negotiable.
You must:
Own a complete professional window cleaning setup
Water-fed pole system
RODI purification system
Hoses, reels, poles
Squeegees, scrubbers, steel wool, specialty tools
Ladders and roof safety equipment
Have at least 1 year of window cleaning experience
Carry your own professional liability insurance
(Typical cost ranges $25–$100/month depending on coverage)
Maintain your own vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
Operate legally as a sole proprietor or LLC
Provide proof of insurance
If you do not already have these in place, this is not the right opportunity.
