About The Role
You will be responsible for executing 3–6 residential and light commercial jobs per day with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
This is a production-based environment. Experience matters.
Core Responsibilities
Operate water-fed pole systems independently
Perform traditional squeegee work (straight pull & fanning)
Safely remove and reinstall window screens
Identify and communicate hard water staining, seal failure, and glass defects
Load, transport, and unload equipment (including 50 lb purification machine)
Set up and break down job sites efficiently
Work safely on ladders and rooftops
Communicate professionally with customers on site
Maintain clean, organized work areas

Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Prior window cleaning experience preferred
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
Comfortable with ladders and roof access
Reliable transportation to daily meeting location
Strong punctuality and attendance record
Pass background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license preferred
Position Details
Seasonal part-time
$20–$22/hour depending on experience
Performance-based continuation
