We are building a team of high-standards individuals who want to grow, learn a skilled trade, and be part of a professional window cleaning operation.
About The Role
This is hands-on, outdoor work. You’ll be part of a team completing 3–6 residential and commercial jobs per day.
You will be trained in:
Water-fed pole systems
Traditional squeegee techniques (straight pull & fanning)
Screen removal & reinstallation
Hard water stain identification and treatment
Safe ladder and roof work. If you're afraid to go up to heights this is not for you.
Equipment setup and breakdown
Professional customer interaction
We load and unload a 50 lb purification machine at every job. This is repeated multiple times daily and is required.

Professional Standards
Uniform provided — must be worn daily
Clean, maintained, professional appearance required
No visible signs of intoxication or impairment
Personal phone use only during designated breaks. No phones on the job or in the car between jobs.
Respectful communication with clients and team
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to daily meeting location
Consistent punctuality
Ability to work safely at heights
Pass background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license preferred
