We are seeking a General Maintenance/Yard/u-Haul person to work at a busy self-storage facility. Must be able to pass a background check, be reliable, self-motivated, honest, hard worker who enjoys working with people. Duties include showing storage units, general repairs around the facility, doing daily lock checks, yard clean up, sweeping units as they come available, hooking up u-Haul trailers, checking u-Haul trucks in and out, some yard work such as weeding and just keeping the facility and yard clean with good curb appeal.
