Door & Window Installer (Independent Contractor / Piece-Rate Pay)
Evergreen ProBuild is looking for a reliable, skilled installer to assist with residential door and window installation projects throughout the Tri-Cities area.

Availability Requirements
* Must be available between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM
* Ability to take on multiple jobs per week when available
Responsibilities
* Install exterior and interior doors
* Install residential windows
* Remove and dispose of old materials when required
* Ensure installations are level, weather-tight, and meet quality standards
* Maintain a clean and professional job site
* Communicate clearly regarding scheduling and project progress
Qualifications
* Experience installing doors and/or windows preferred
* Must have reliable transportation
* Basic installation tools preferred
* Ability to lift and carry building materials safely
* Strong attention to detail and workmanship
* Dependable, professional, and customer-friendly
Compensation
Pay is based on completed jobs. Weekly earnings will vary depending on the number and type of projects completed. Experienced installers who work efficiently and maintain high-quality standards will have greater earning potential.
