We are seeking a maintenance person to work 35 hrs a week at a busy self-storage facility. Must be well organized, do daily lock checks, sweep and clean vacant units, minor maintenance around the facility and grounds, show units to perspective customers, some mowing and weed clean up, etc. Must be self-motivated, have reliable transportation and bilingual extremely helpful!
