This is a walking stabilizer. It's very good for neurological patients. For instance, people with parkinson's, fairly heavy, it does fold fairly flat. There's a big U-shaped front around where the wheels are. It doesn't move until you're ready to use it. You squeeze the handles and it will roll with you in charge. If you feeling unstable, you release the break handles and it automatically stops and you have a solid sturdy walker in front of you to help gain your balance, #1) you're hanging on, and #2) it's not moving and not going to move. It has a seat and a basket. It was my mother's and helped her to "not" fall quite a number of times knew there are around $629.
