We have a 1/2 open up on our Jan 28th butcher date. We use TLC custom meats in Othello to butcher and they do an AMAZING job!!
We charge $4.75 on the hanging weight plus cut and wrap which is $1.35 per pound plus a $210 kill fee on a whole. Average hanging weight is 825-925 pounds. We raise black Angus Cattle and they are finished on silage and corn so the meat is marbled and tender and doesn't have a gamey taste.
