This listing is for a custom Pottery Barn sectional that is made with their performance everyday suede in metal gray. It includes the right arm loveseat with a chaise in down blend wrapped cushions. Their performance fabrics came highly recommended when this was purchased. The color is very neutral and can compliment a lot of rooms. The fabric is great too because it’s easy to fluff up the cushions and get it back to new after sitting it and doesn’t wrinkle or need a lot of maintenance. We really loved this piece and are only selling it because of an anticipated move, but their couches are easily something we’d purchase again.

The price is a significant markdown and it’s an excellent condition. It’s a great price for the brand, quality, and size. It comes from a pet, smoke and shoes off indoors home --- and was well taken care of.

The last image is from Pottery Barn and the light does have a yellow cast at times in the room, so the brighter photos depict the color better. The decorative pillows are not included.

The measurements are approximately:

41” - depth love seat
64” - depth chaise

34” - height (to the back cushion)
21.5” - height (to the arm rest)

66” - length love seat
37” - length chaise

Total length is 103”
