Two matching sofas purchased originally from Walker's furniture approximately 7 years ago. They are still in very decent shape with just one tear on the end of one which usually goes against the wall so it goes unnoticed. The tear is about an inch and a half long as seen in picture. The fabric is what they considered a performance fabric. It's made to look similar to leather but it's cloth so it doesn't give you the chills like leather does and you don't stick to it in the summertime. They are available immediately as we just got new couches. show contact info
