Note: Prices are based on Home Depot's prices for their Hampton Bay label.
Most of the cabinets are in very good condition, except as noted on the upper cabinets.
• Sink cabinet array with granite countertop includes:
o 15” base cabinet with 1 drawer and 1 shelf valued at $204 new
o 12” base cabinet with 1 drawer and 1 shelf valued at $189 new
o 36” sink base cabinet with 1 shelf valued at $295 new
o 1 double sink valued at $339 new
o 1 motion-activated faucet with pull-out sprayer valued at $169 new
o 1 dish soap dispenser (part of faucet value)
o Granite countertop with undermount sink valued at $975 new

o 36” W x 12” D x 12” H valued at $189 new (very minor damage at back upper corners)
