We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Storage Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility.
Position Details:
Approximately 30 hours per week
Monday through Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting current and prospective tenants
Processing rentals, payments, and move-ins/move-outs
Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
Maintaining accurate records and paperwork
Monitoring facility security and cleanliness
Coordinating with maintenance personnel as needed
Qualifications:
Previous storage facility, property management, customer service, or office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused
