We have a 1/2 open up on our July 3rd butcher date. We use TLC custom meats in Othello to butcher and they do an AMAZING job!! We charge $3.99 on the hanging weight plus cut and wrap which is $1.25 per pound plus a $200 kill fee on a whole. Average hanging weight is 825-925 pounds. We raise black Angus Cattle and they are finished on silage and corn so the meat is marbled and tender and doesn't have a gamey taste. When it's ready you can pick up at the butcher in Othello.
