I just had the best apartment in the complex that has been completely remodeled in the recent past come available on the ground level. I have an incentive if a person qualifies. Ground level apartments don't come available very often compared to upstairs... I am looking for one or two persons who are quite and like to live in an area that is quite. Apartment is very safe, the city hall, police and fire station are right across the street. The apartment has lightweight cement floors between the ground level and 1st story so no creaking sounds from upstairs when walking on the floor. Kitchen has a large U shape counter and a lot of cabinets. There are 2 doors into the bathroom, one from the hallway and one from the bathroom.
