Title is free and clear. I am the third owner of the trailer.

Exterior: Skin is in exceptional shape with minor pealing of the clear coat. Tires are 3 years old with approx. 500 miles of use. Awning is ripped at the connection to the trailer but should be an easy repair. Air-conditioner works. All original window. Propane takes appear to be original to the trailer and will need to be replaced.

Interior: 99% original condition. Floor is in excellent shape with no weak spots or water damage. One of the previous owners appears to have replaced the carpet. Refrigerator (both with electricity or propane), Furnace, 4 burner propane range and oven, hot water heater, sink(s), shower/bath, water pump are all in perfect working order. The last time I checked (March) I noticed a small leak in the flushing mechanism of the toilet. I have not investigated the cause of this leak however I suspect that it is just a old rubber O-ring that needs to be replaced.
